I went in yesterday for an oil change and a tire rotation, the 2 guys upfront, Cole and Mike, got me in speedy and for a very reasonable price! They are both super knowledgeable about what they do and made me feel like I brought my car to the right spot! Thank you :)

Just took my vehicle there for tire repair and after deciding to leave because a tire quote seemed exceptionally high, they wanted me to sign a refusal-of-service waiver, which I refused to do. The younger man at the counter threatened to keep my vehicle if I didn't sign it. That threat, Bauer, is not only asinine, it's legally called "an unlawful detention of property." A repair shop CANNOT hold a vehicle simply because someone refuses to sign a refusal-of-service or liability waiver. Good thing you relented. You'd have a lawsuit on your hands right now. By the way, I just got the two Pirelli tires you attempted to overcharge me on for $200 less than your outrageous quote, including all installation costs. You tried to take advantage of a woman new to GR and in need of the repair of a flat tire. But you messed with the wrong one. Go elsewhere, people! Addendum: Bauer just replied saying their procedures were "proper." If strongarming a customer by threatening to keep someone's vehicle because they refuse to sign a refusal-of-service waiver is proper, then you'd better rethink what "proper" procedure is or risk an inevitable future lawsuit when someone else appears in your store,

Very fast and professional service with competitive pricing. A couple weeks after I had my tires changed I noticed a missing rim cover. Not sure if it wasn’t installed completely and fell off, or wasn’t put back on (doubtful); either way, I called and they replaced it without question. Will return here for all my future tire needs for sure.

The only way this business currently has 4.6 stars is because almost all of the reviews are for Meekhof Tire. I went in to get snow tires put on a set of steel wheels, I brought the tires and wheels in so they didn’t have to drive my car or take the time to put it up on a lift, remove the wheels, put them back on and torque all four corners. First impression the individual that was at the “service” counter has poor customer service. He told me to unload the wheels at a certain door and said it would be open. It was not and had to go bad and ask to get the door open. I then proceeded to unload the tire myself until an employee offered to help. When I went to pay he said it was $170…and since I didn’t want to take the old tires with me it would be an additional $20. So $190 total… once again the “customer service” individual was not friendly or outgoing. This time when I reloaded the wheels/tires no one was around to help. I had wheels swapped in the spring when it was still Meekhof tire and it cost $130. Needles to say I will not go back.ever. Today when I had to have my snow tires swapped on a different car I went to Discount Tire on Alpine. My experience with Discount
